Minnesota Supplemental Aid - MSA

Minnesota Supplemental Aid (MSA) gives a grant each month to aged, blind, or disabled people whose federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or other income is less than state aid standards.  MSA also can help with a crisis such as a lack of heating fuel, food or housing.
