Notary Registration

A Notary Public Commission for the State of Minnesota is issued by the Minnesota Department of State.  The Secretary of State’s office will process all notary public applications and renewals.  These can be done online by the customer on the Secretary of State's website.  When you receive your Notary Commission card, it must be registered in your county of residence in Minnesota.  This may be done by mail or in person for Morrison County.
