Our County Nutritionist, Jenifer, encourages parents to keep summer beverages simple and keep them real. Plain water is refreshing and infusing water by floating fruit or cucumber in a pitcher a few hours in the fridge can give water a lite fresh flavor. Use a blender to mix fresh fruit with yogurt for a smoothie or freeze it in a popsicle mold as a healthy cool treat. Watch the videos below for more information.
