The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 9-2-2022 at approximately 9:25 pm, their office received a report of a three-vehicle accident on Balcony Road in the city of Swanville, MN.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 52-year-old Duane Hoffman of Bloomington, MN was traveling north on Balcony Road when he struck two parked vehicles. Hoffman suffered minor injuries and was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital. Hoffman’s passenger, 52-year-old Anthony Notermann of Swanville, MN was transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital by Mayo Clinic Ambulance with unknown injuries.
Hoffman is being held in the Morrison County Jail pending DWI charges.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Swanville Fire Department, Swanville First Response Team and Mayo Clinic Ambulance.
